Technical Support:

• iPhone Reboot:
  1. Hold the sleep/wake button at the top right of the device and the Home button simultaneously.
  2. Continue holding both buttons until the screen goes black and the silver Apple logo appears.
  3. Release both buttons to allow your iPhone to reboot.
• iPad Reboot:
  1. Press the Hold and home buttons simultaneously. The hold button is located at the top right corner and the home button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Maintain button pressure until the screen either flashes black or displays a red slider at the top.
  3. If the red slider appears, slide it rightwards to power off the iPad.
  4. Once the screen is black, hold down both buttons again to reset and restart your device; look for the Apple logo during reboot.

After your device has successfully rebooted, click on the game icon to relaunch Room on the Broom: Games. Should technical issues persist, do not hesitate to contact hello@roomonthebroom.com for further assistance.
